SUMMARY
My client was in the process of redesigning their website so they wanted to gather some user feedback pre and post change.

The information was gathered in the form of surveys which were on the clients site for a period of 6 weeks pre and post site change.

To understand whether users feels towards the website pre and post launch.
To identify areas of concern through verbatim feedback.
