SUMMARY

My client was in the process of redesigning their website so they wanted to gather some user feedback pre and post change. 

​

The information was gathered in the form of surveys which were on the clients site for a period of 6 weeks pre and post site change. 

DELIVERABLES

  • Heatmapping

  • Competitive analysis

  • A/B test ideas

  • Storytelling and stakeholder presentations

GOALS

  1. To understand whether users feels towards the website pre and post launch. 

  2. To identify areas of concern through verbatim feedback. 

  3. To gather an NPS score of the website pre and post launch.

  4. To build a backlog of test ideas which address the issues. 

RESEARCH

Surveys:

I built three surveys which targeting different areas of the website:

PDP, PLP and post checkout.

The idea was to understand the points below and whether they had changed pre and post launch: 

  • Browsing behaviour 

  • Product page information

  • Checkout behaviour

  • Brand perception

I findings covered the following areas:

  1. User problems pre and post

  2. Verbatim - key stories

  3. Mobile first

  4. Checkout journey

Next steps:

Build an automated report with all the findings

A backlog of A/B testing to address problems
