OPPORTUNITY
Users landing on my clients site were adding items to their cart but not progressing to cart and converting. There was also high exit rate from the product detail page.

I found that the client had a data feed with stock count however this wasn't being utalised on the site.
SOLUTION
The solution was to explore ways to surface stock messaging on the site especially low stock messaging.
The initial test was to understand the value of adding low stock messaging on the PDP. I later carried iterations to see which messages drive a stronger conversion rate. The final stage was to test the same messaging on the cart and on the post add to bag notification.
